This morning, the whole school headed off on the Killeshandra Loop Walk. It was a lovely walk through the forest and alongside the lake, with lots of sticks, pine cones and flowers to collect on the way. Everyone from Junior Infants to 6th Class chatted and encouraged each other along, lending a helping hand when needed. We took our time with lots of stops, and everyone completed the full Loop Walk. Well done, everyone!

The Student Council have been busy over the last few days organising a special treat for us. The went to Costcutter Killeshandra last week and arranged for everyone to get an ice-cream with a choice of toppings – a huge thank you to the staff in Gorby’s for looking after us so well. The ice-cream was just what we needed after our long walk!
