Today was our Sports’ Day! We didn’t let the drizzly weather this morning put us off – we took part in running, three-legged, egg and spoon and sack races, team relays, games and challenges before lunch. The sun even made an appearance this afternoon for throw the welly and tug of war, as well as soccer and rounders at the GAA pitch after the Infants went home.
It was an action packed day with lots of fun and laughter from start to finish. As well as lots of athletic talent on display, it was wonderful to see great teamwork and determination, with everyone encouraging one another and celebrating all our successes. Well done everyone!
