Today we said farewell to our Class of 2026. We had a special assembly this morning to celebrate the 8 students in 6th Class who are moving on to Secondary school in September.
We sang some of their favourite songs, 6th Class shared some memories from their time in Killeshandra N.S. and Rev. Sam gave a short address. We also presented each member of 6th Class with some gifts to thank them for their contribution to life in our school over the years, then watched a slideshow of photographs from Junior Infants through to 6th Class while we enjoyed some delicious ice-cream.
As we cheered 6th Class on their way out of the school gates for the last time, we wish them all the very best for the future.
