Well done to 5th and 6th Class for producing amazing projects for the STEMtacular event which took place in Ballinamore, Co Leitrim today. They have been working so hard for the last few weeks and were excited to show off their work today.
Each group had to meet three sets of judges and they were very impressed with the standard of work they saw from our pupils.
Some pupils volunteered to be interview by TG4 and received beautiful hats for taking part.
All pupils then got a chance to check out the fantastic Discovery Centre where they got the opportunity to take part in a whole range of STEM activities.
We had the chance to sit back and and enjoy a magic show before the awards ceremony.
To top off a wonderful day, we were thrilled to receive an award from Leitrim County Council. Huge congratulations to the boys – we are so pround of you and everyone else for working so hard and showcasing their projects so well today.
